'Carrying The Game' - 2011
Numerous personal print requests for this recent piece have led Ben H to produce an exlcusive one off set of "Carrying The Game".
The painting centers around the idea of a Western utopia as a sick greed led game that would be nowhere without the support of the "non westernised" nations. It asks the question, who is supporting who? The central figure is a Kenyan Girl carrying an oversized, possibly oil filled container. She is not the weaker in this scenario, she represents strength, a symbol of power herself. But is not the somewhat grotesque oversized battle ship real power?

Each print is numbered, signed and dated. The artist signature is uniquely coloured and located for each print, in addition to The Beats In My Brush stamp imprint also in the bottom right hand corner adding to the overall exclusivity.
